The mission of Hornsby Elementary School is to develop good citizens desiring 

to achieve their maximum potential as life long learners. We are a school in partnership with the parents

and Hornsby community to ensure that the students are in a safe, challenging, learning enviroment where 

they will develop into responsible, independent and productive citizens. Our mission and vision for our students is

to prepare them as they transition from 8^th grade to high school to be proficient in writing, reading and math.
